Programs & Events

  • Mackenzie has over 10 years of experience developing programs from scratch and can bring your concept to fruition through visioning, strategic planning, and structure.

She wholeheartedly believes in the power of programming; that bringing people together to share an enjoyable experience is one of the best ways to break down barriers, develop new friendships, and create a sense of community.

A quality program or event will provide opportunities for the pursuit of joy and pleasure, excitement, challenge, and individual expression; for the participant to express their creativity, develop their sense of self-worth, and make choices that will enhance their overall sense of wellbeing and quality of life.

  • Mackenzie is a skilled project manager, co-creator and thought partner when it comes to convening influencers passionate about a shared cause in order to make magic together.

She also recognizes that managing large collaborative projects alongside daily operations can be taxing and lead to staff burnout or create inter-organizational conflict.

Having a neutral questioner and organizer facilitating conversations, setting goals and supporting each organization in delivering their assigned outcomes is beneficial for all involved.
